Fellow members of ASPEP - I am seeking your support for my candidacy for the ASPEP LM Membership Chairperson position.
Our workplace environments and lifestyles have evolved significantly over the past few years, driven by advancements in technology, processes, changes in work dynamics, and our ability to adapt to shifting challenges and priorities. While the direct impacts of the pandemic are behind us, we continue to address the ripple effects on our workplace culture, collaboration, and professional development. This highlights the ongoing importance of our work under the umbrella of ASPEP. Together, we sustain and enhance our company’s performance through unwavering commitment to professional excellence, and adaptability.
While on the Executive Board, I directly contributed to the 2023 ASPEP Negotiations; I collaborated with the membership and the committee to deliver the comprehensive benefits package that is active today, which was improved from 2018. I will reinforce that we are enabling the continued performance of our respective companies, and our performance should be recognized. Even though 2025 is not a negotiation year for LM RMS, it is still important to steadily increase membership numbers, as well as contribute to and enrich the well-being of our membership. Due to my experience with ASPEP LM Management, I will provide direct value to the membership body.
