ASPEP's three primary purposes are:
- To bargain collectively (i.e. negotiate for the membership) with the companies in matters concerning salaries, wages, hours, working conditions, benefits and other terms and conditions of employment
- To protect and enhance the professional status and welfare of Lockheed Martin RMS, ATL, and L3Harris engineers
- To ensure the best possible job security by seeking to influence the U.S. Government for matters such as program and funding issues that affect our current jobs and future business
